A JOYFUL MOVEMENT EXPERIENCE FOR PARENTS AND BABIES

Welcome to “Baby & Me” - a joyful movement experience where you can connect to your body, yourself, and your baby as we come together to get our groove on!

Wear comfortable clothes you can sweat in. A baby carrier or sling are recommended but not required. Please bring a baby blanket for your little one and leave your pram at home if you can (space in the studio is limited.)
